PLOT SUMMARY The Llama Who Had No Pajama does not have a plot or a protagonist guiding a narrative. It is a series of one hundred poems that are an ode to the joys and discoveries of childhood. Many of the poems are focused on animals, which delightfully include many different kinds of animals such as tapirs and praying mantises, and an entire counting poem created around bugs.
